The instructor leads participants through a stretching routine that has the capability of correcting posture, balance joints, decrease pain, improve range of motion and flexibility to all muscle groups.

The instructor leads participants through exercise that has the capability of building lean muscle mass, but with a focus on core strength that supports the spine, improves posture, strength & flexibility.

Relieve tension and pain throughout your body with the use of a soft foam body roller, and balls for your hands and feet. It has the capability to improve your muscle movement, balance, range of motion with gentle movement patterns that hydrate and heal your connective tissue and lymphatic system.
Preparing seniors to actively participate in the Senior Games Program through the aid of weights, bands and aerobic activity. A majority of the exercises are performed from a seated position.

A low impact aerobics class that focuses on increasing endurance levels of current and future Senior Games participants one step at a time. This one-hour class will surely help increase your oxygen debt levels, coordination and balance.

Middle Eastern Folk Dance a traditional dance that utilizes fluid, beautiful traditional movement patterns to aid in increase coordination, flexibility and balance. The instructor will lead participants through developmental steps and turns to the beautiful sounds of modern and traditional Middle Eastern Music. Comfortable clothing is worn by participants that will allow for freedom of movement along with functional footwear.
We miss seeing our seniors during the week for exercise class! Since you can’t come to our center to workout during this time, we are bringing the workout to you!!! ?
