Do you know that it is just as important to exercise your mind as well as your body? If you answered “yes” to either of these questions you will be excited to participate!

A low impact aerobics class that focuses on increasing endurance levels of current and future Senior Games participants one step at a time. This one hour class will surely help increase your oxygen debt levels, coordination and balance.

Due to Covid and the safety of our participants, the Low Impact Aerobics class will be taught “Live on the Greenville-Pitt County Senior Games Facebook Page OR in-person at the Alice Keene Park (Pavilion) at 8:30 am-9:15 am on Fridays and taught in-person at Ayden Arts and Rec. at 9:15 am on Wednesdays.
