**Payment Information:
- Events scheduled within 30 days of application date – Payment in full is due within 48 hrs of app date.
- Events scheduled 30 days after application date – 50% of total is due within 48 hrs of application date. Balance is due within 30 days of app date.
**Cancellation Information:
- Cancellation made within 30 days of application date — a fee of $60 or $80 will be charged (based on room reserved)
- Cancellation made 30 days after application date —50% of reservation total will be refunded..

*Pitt County School Facilities
Contact the principal of the Pitt County School you would like to use for availability first.
Use of Pitt County Schools facilities is coordinated through the Community Schools and Recreation Department. Utilization of the facilities is regulated by the Pitt County Board of Education. School facilities are available during non-school hours.
Facilities are used for many functions such as:
- Adult classes
- Plays
- Public Meetings and Related Events
- Workshops
- Reunions
- Application Procedure
All individuals and organizations wishing to use the facilities of Pitt County Public Schools must first complete the Application for Use of Facilities form. (These forms will be available in the office of the principal at each school).
All applications must be approved by both the principal and the Community Schools and Recreation office. Applications may be returned to the school or to the Community Schools and Recreation office. Following approval of the application, the Community Schools and Recreation office will assign appropriate fees and charges depending on the use category, including special terms or conditions, if any.
Application Fee
There is a fee of $10/per application to be paid directly to the school or the Community Schools and Recreation
All fees must be paid by the due date listed on the completed application or the activity will be cancelled automatically. Fees should be submitted to the Community Schools and Recreation office.
