2023-24 After-School Program

2023-24 Afterschool Program

The After School Program is offered at 11 of our Pitt County Schools.  Students must be enrolled at the home school where they will be attending the program.  The After School Program may be in various areas within each location and operates on regular and early release days from dismissal until 6 pm.

     Please read information on this page and on the fees tab.  The Parent Guide is also available below for you.  Hope to see your student(s) this 2023-24 school year.

**We are located at 4561 County Home Road, Greenville, NC 27858

A $25 non-refundable Application fee, which is included in the registration fee, is due at time of registration. (Registration fee schedule)

          **Monthly fee is $220

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID ON TIME.   Payments must be received before the “Late Fee Added” date in order to avoid a $40.00 late fee.  Non-payment of all fees due may result in suspension and/or termination from the program. (see Fees tab)

Three (3) late pick-ups may result in a dismissal from the program WITH NO REFUND.  Please make sure you read the Parent Guide, NC State Laws and the Discipline Policy before completing the Application Form.  You will be signing statements on the application form stating you have read and understand these documents.

Registration Information

ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE STUDENT’S APPLICATION MUST BE DONE IN THE OFFICE ON COUNTY HOME ROAD BY THE PARENT AND/OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.  ALSO, COPIES OF CUSTODY AND DOMESTIC ORDERS MUST BE GIVEN TO OUR OFFICE.
